A useful manifestation practice should change more than the words you repeat. Track whether you notice opportunities faster, make decisions with more clarity, or follow through more consistently.

Keep a weekly evidence log

Use five columns: intention, practice, action, interesting coincidences, concrete progress. This lets you enjoy synchronicities without making them carry all the evidentiary weight.

Define the time horizon before you start

A trip next year and a text this afternoon are different goals. Decide when you will review the intention instead of constantly moving the deadline.

Revise when reality teaches you something

Changing a manifestation is not failure if new information changes what you want. A practice should make you more responsive to reality, not less.
