1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Manyfestly, creating an account, publishing content, clicking a paid-feature purchase button, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. The Service is not directed to children. If you use Manyfestly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
3. What Manyfestly provides
Manyfestly provides a public Community Manifestation Board and related tools for writing intentions, community support, reaffirmation, 3·6·9 practice, gratitude, visualization, reflection, and optional paid features. Features may change as the product evolves.
Manyfestly may describe practices that people use to clarify goals, maintain attention, reflect, or create routines. The Service does not claim that posting, repeating, paying for, visualizing, or sharing an intention causes an external event to occur.
4. Accounts and passwordless access
You may use some features without an account. Account features use passwordless email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, devices, and active sessions. Do not share authentication links or tokens. Notify us if you believe your account or session has been compromised.
We may refuse registration, require re-authentication, limit account functionality, or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
5. Anonymous posting
Manyfestly may allow you to post without displaying a public identity. “Anonymous” means your public post does not display your account identity or optional username. It does not mean that the Service has no technical information associated with the post. We may use internal account identifiers, hashed browser identifiers, logs, and related information for ownership, abuse prevention, moderation, and security.
6. Public content
Anything you intentionally publish to the Community Manifestation Board is public. Other people may view, quote, share, copy, screenshot, or respond to it. Do not publish confidential information, contact information, passwords, government identifiers, payment information, medical records, or other information you do not want made public.
7. Your content and license to Manyfestly
You retain ownership of content you create to the extent you have rights in it. By submitting content to a public portion of Manyfestly, you grant Manyfestly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, transmit, moderate, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service.
This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Manyfestly. It continues for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service and may continue for copies retained for security, backup, legal, or compliance purposes. Private product content is not intended for public display unless you choose to publish it.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your content and conduct. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your content and that your use of Manyfestly will comply with applicable law and these Terms.
9. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use Manyfestly to publish or facilitate illegal activity; credible threats or violence; encouragement of self-harm; sexual or sexually exploitative material; hate or demeaning attacks on protected groups; harassment or targeted abuse; coercion or stalking; fraud or impersonation; spam; malware; unauthorized personal information; intellectual-property infringement; attempts to bypass moderation, rate limits, authentication, or security controls; automated scraping or bulk access that materially burdens the Service; or any conduct that creates unreasonable risk for users, Manyfestly, or third parties.
Manifestations should be self-directed. Do not use the Service to threaten, control, coerce, or wish harm on another person.
10. Community moderation
We may use automated rules, artificial-intelligence safety systems, user reports, and human administrative review to evaluate content. We may reject, limit, label, hide, remove, restore, or investigate content and may restrict accounts or features. User reports do not automatically establish that a post violated these Terms.
Automated systems can make mistakes. We are not required to publish content simply because an automated system initially allowed it, and we may take action later if we identify a safety, legal, fraud, or community concern.
11. The 3·6·9 practice and reaffirmation
Manyfestly may offer a structured 3·6·9 practice, including repeated reaffirmation of an intention and progress or streak tracking. These features are practice and habit tools only. Counts, streaks, reminders, or repeated statements do not represent a probability, prediction, promise, or guarantee that an outcome will occur.
12. Community support
“Support,” reactions, visibility, featured placement, reaffirmation, or other engagement signals are product interactions. They do not verify the factual accuracy of a manifestation, constitute professional endorsement, or indicate that a desired outcome is more likely to occur.
13. No professional advice
Manyfestly does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, tax, investment, financial, employment, relationship, or other professional advice. Do not delay or replace qualified professional care or advice because of content on Manyfestly. You remain responsible for your choices, decisions, actions, and risk.
14. Emergencies and safety
Manyfestly is not an emergency, crisis, healthcare, or counseling service. If you are facing an emergency or immediate danger, use appropriate emergency or professional resources in your location rather than relying on the Service.
15. Paid features
Manyfestly may offer one-time and recurring paid features, including featured placement and Premium membership. The price, billing interval, and material purchase terms will be shown before purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider presented at checkout.
Featured placement purchases visibility for a limited period; it does not purchase a result or increase the likelihood that a manifestation will occur. Premium purchases product features and access; it does not purchase a promised outcome from Manyfestly or from any spiritual or external force.
16. Subscriptions, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the disclosed recurring fee until the subscription is canceled. Renewal and cancellation mechanics may be provided through the payment provider, your Manyfestly account, or another method disclosed at purchase.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable after a paid digital feature has been delivered or a subscription period has begun. If a charge was unauthorized or a paid feature was not delivered, contact us so the issue can be investigated.
17. Coupons and promotions
Promotional codes, complimentary Premium periods, trials, and other offers may be subject to separate eligibility, expiration, quantity, account, or redemption limits. We may refuse, cancel, or reverse promotional benefits obtained through abuse, duplication, fraud, or technical error.
18. Third-party services
Manyfestly relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, email, payments, content moderation, and other infrastructure. Your use of a third-party checkout page, linked resource, or other third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s terms. Manyfestly is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
19. Intellectual property
Manyfestly and its software, branding, logos, product design, documentation, and original content are owned by Manyfestly or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
20. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Manyfestly, you grant us permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly as the source without permission.
21. Availability, experiments, and changes
The Service is evolving. We may add, modify, test, limit, suspend, or discontinue features; change interfaces; impose usage limits; alter eligibility; or change pricing on a prospective basis. We do not guarantee that any feature will always be available or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
22. Beta and experimental features
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or similar may be incomplete and may change or be discontinued without notice. Do not rely on experimental features for critical or irreplaceable information.
23. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Service, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, respond to security incidents, or address material or repeated violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
24. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manyfestly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or produce any particular personal, financial, relationship, health, career, spiritual, or other outcome.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manyfestly and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, reputational harm, or damages arising from reliance on user content or manifestation outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of Manyfestly arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Manyfestly for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Manyfestly and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
27. Disputes and applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and applicable state law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Before filing a formal claim, you and Manyfestly agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where legally available.
28. International use
You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your use of the Service in your location. We make no representation that every feature is appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.
29. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will change the effective date when updates are made and may provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate or required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using the Service.
30. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent, but Manyfestly may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or sale of the business or relevant assets.
